PCBITC - Userlist converter PCBoard => iNSTiNCT

      Put The files USERS and PCB2ITC.EXE in your ITC directory
        if you already have a USER.DAT, PCB2ITC will prompt you
        and ask if it should be appended to or overwritten.

      PCB2ITC reads your PROFILE.DAT ie the profiles you've specified
        in iTCSETUP, users with a fitting security level will get
        the one in PROFILE.DAT. The others will get the one you
        specifies as default. This concerns TIME/DAY and RATIO.
