Slight fix that allows main menu to be any lenght and allow menus
to still work properly.

sorry it took so long to add in the requested features but they are here now.
1) There is now a help screen when a user first enters the PPE.
2) You can have a second menu called from within any menu (as many menus
   as you want one after another from the first one).
3) Hopefully soon will have a chance to complete the .exe editing program 
   (making it similar to the .mnu one from CDC)
