You are already registered ? Well, you have probably noticed that your
 serial number does not unlock PowerPPL anymore... This is because the
 registration key type changed, the key is now a file...

 To get your new key, just log on the support bbs :

           ELECTRON BBS

           Node 1: +33-1-69.39.46.30 (28.800 HST D/S)
           Node 2: +33-1-69.39.31.52 (16.800 HST D/S)

  And you will be able to download your keyfile (1 to 3Kb) without filling
  any questionnaire ! (use the first & last name you used the first time!)
