one.   filename of your allfiles-conference
two.   filename of your upload-dir-path (see pcbsetup.exe)
three. your uploaded-by-string. will be stripped. if you do not want it to be
       stripped simply enter some crap here...
four.  the number of lines after which newfiles will create a new file.
       300lines make about 18k large files. entering 0 here will cause no
       splitting.
five.  the number of days newfiles will scan back. keep in mind that 0 will
       scan for todays files only.
