not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for liability or incidental and/or
consequential damages.  The user acknowledges that 7th Illusion Enrg. operates
a Public Bulletin Board System which is  accessible by the public at large and
7TH ILLUSION ENRG. CANNOT CONTROL THE  PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION LOADED INTO THE
SYSTEM.

The liability of 7th Illusion Enrg. shall in all cases including negligence be
limited to an amount  equal to the fees received  from the claimant during the
preceding six (6) month period.
