A - ABOUT PCB-HTM
------------------
PCB-HTM will convert your PCBoard
File DIrectories to HTML for use
on your Web Site. PCB-HTM will create
a master FILE DIRECTORY PAGE with
links to the individual FILE LISTS.
Every file has a link to its location
on your system so that it may be
downloaded directly from the web page
if you have an ftp server.
PCB-HTM can be run in your daily event
to keep the web site current. The evaluation
key,'000000000', will allow you to run
this program, but it will only output
one HTML page.
B - REQUIREMENTS

1 - PCBoard.
2 - PCBoard File Indexes using MAKEIDX.EXE
3 - If File Links are required then an
FTP Server allowing anonymous log-ins and
access to the directories that your files
reside in.
4 - DOS, Windows/95, Windows/98, or Windows/NT4.0
with a 600K DOS box.

Line #1 - Path to PCBoard File Index file.
Line #2 - Number of lines to skip in your FILE DIRECTORY
Header. If you have no File Directoy Header enter
'0'.
Line #3 - Path to your Web Page where you wish the converted
PCBoard files to reside.
Line #4 - Path to your PCBoard.DAT file.
Line #5 - Name of file containing Directories you wish
not to process. Enter "NONE" if you wish to
process every directory. See SKIP DIRECTORY
File below.
Line #6 - Name of file that contains the Drive\Path
of each PCBoard File Directory you wish to
add file LINKS to. If you wish to add LINKS
to every page, enter 'ALL'.
Line #7 - URL of FTP Server.
This only affects the LINKS on the Individual
File Directory Pages.
ie: With the example above if the file location
from the PCBoard Index file was l:\r\dl01\test.zip,
the LINK would become
ftp://ftp.moondog.com/l/r/dl01/test.zip.
Line #8 - URL of Your Web Site.
This only affects the LINKS on the INDEX Page.
Line #9 - URL to place in LINKS on the Individual File
Directory Pages instead of an FTP link.
ie: With the example above if the file location
from the PCBoard Index file was l:\r\dl01\test.zip,
the LINK would become
http://www.bbsworld.com/l/r/dl01/test.zip.
Line #10- FTP/NO/URL
This switch determines the type, if any, of the file
LINKS on the Individual File Directory Pages.
'FTP' will place FTP LINKS.
'URL' will place LINKS developed with the URL on Line #8.
'NO' will not create any LINKS.
Line #11- YES/NO to process Main Board File Directory List.
If you do not have any File Directories on the
Main Board, or you do not wish to list Main Board
File Directories enter a NO here. If you wish to
process Main Board directories, enter a YES here.
Line #12- Range of conferences to process. Each group must
be seperated by a 'comma', and individual ranges
within a group must use the 'dash'. If you wish
to process all directories, enter ALL on line 9.
Line #13- Sets DEBUG mode on or off. To set DEBUG mode ON,
enter DEBUG ON, or to run in normal mode enter
DEBUG OFF. DEBUG ON will create a file called
DEBUG.HTM and will contain PCB-HTM data along
with the PCBOARD.DAT file pointed to by LINE #4.
Line #14- Your registration key.
If you are evaluating this product, insure that
the key is '000000000'.

2 - The SKIP DIRECTORY FILE
The Skip Directory File is a plain text file
listing the Name and Path of the Directory(s) you
do not want processed. An example would look like:

3 - The DO.LNK FILE
The DO.LNK File is a plain text file
listing the Name and Path of the Directory(s) to
*ADD* file links. An example would look like:

4 - REG.KEY
The file that unlocks the software.
Received via Email upon registering.
Install on Line #6 of the PCB-HTM.CFG
file exactly as received.
