 - Modified and removed some un-needed code which was used for internal
   debugging off the program which has been throughly tested.  All of the
   debug code has been removed from the menu system so it should be running
   even more smoothly than it was.

 - Fixed a bug which seemed to occasionally on some system display the initial
   title menu wrong.

 - Added numeric keyboard commands for cursor movement for some SysOps reported
   that some of their users could use the arrow keys

     - Added 4 to also be used instead of the left arrow
     - Added 6 to also be used instead of the right arrow
     - Added 2 to also be used instead of the down arrow
     - Added 8 to also be used instead of the right arrow

 - By request of Jory Authement we've added the option to display a @X code
   background to the menu system.
