 ║ As our application policy states, if you are a SysOp interested in joining ║
 ║ Intelec as a member BBS,  it is MUCH faster for you to apply directly with ║
 ║ the BBS you wish to use as your Hub. There are a few exceptions to this of ║
 ║ which 1 may apply to you.  They are; A) if you are a SysOp pulling Intelec ║
 ║ off of the Planet Connect Satellite System, or B) if you're an experienced ║
 ║ Super Regional Hub in another network or country and can offer several new ║
 ║ systems to Intelec. If neither of these is the case then please don't send ║
 ║ your application here.  Apply directly to the Hub system you wish to relay ║
