Description:
Line 1 - Path to the DLPATH.LST or another file which contains all available
         paths to the zip files.
Line 2 - Path to PKZIP/PKUNZIP
Line 3 - Path to the EMPTY temporary directory. Must be the same with the one
         in the PCBVIEW.BAT.
Line 4 - Max. lines to read. Some assholes might use Read command to capture
         text files and avoid ratios, so 200 lines is well enough.
Line 5 - Min. security required to flag and download separate files.
Line 6 - Min. security required to read files.
