CAT2DIR v2.0 Make ASCII file of CATDISK.DTA
file, and optionally a 0 byte file directory.
Useful for PCB BBS to list off-line files that
were never on-line so are not in any BBS file
directory. Can block dup uploads. Freeware
from Scott Johnson for the Freeware Hall of
Fame BBS.  CATDISK 3.6 or later format.
