Release of BLTMNU 1.5
Almost TWO years since the last release! I'd like to thank
everyone for their support. Although no real bug reports have
cropped up, there have been a few suggestions. I'll look into
them for future releases! The only things changed in this

Release of BLTMNU 1.4
Since the beta of 1.2 was released as BLTMNU12, I skipped
BLTMNU 1.2 and due to superstition, 1.3 was also skipped.

It's been a while! I started adding more comprehensive error
checking for the BLTMNU.CNF file.. program now tells where in
the config file the error occurred.
Shortened line length from 80 to 79 due to scrolling problems
with some configurations.

Changed code again to support REGDOOR. This should be the
final change due to REGDOOR. There were no changed in the code
of BLTMNU except for the addition of a constant and the deletion
of a variable. Code size difference should be little.

I discovered much to my horror that the tools I was using did
not pay proper attention to the DIRECTVIDEO flag in TP, thus the
program bled in multitaskers. Fixed bug.

Made a few cosmetic changes
Changed code to better support SoftQuest's REGDOOR
Changed color reset at end of menu to white on black rather
black on black (don't ask). Haven't had any problems with that
yet, but better safe than sorry

Since Clark Development Company goofed on the @systime@ format
in the PCB 14.5 betas, the release of BLTMNU 1.1 no longer aligns
the time right in the BLT file. This beta of BLTMNU 1.2 fixes the
problem. Please note that pre-14.5 versions of PCB will not have
this problem.
To avoid other problems with changes in PCB 14.5รก, BLTMNU 1.2
will not become an official release until the release of PCB 14.5.
BLTMNU 1.2 will remain in beta because of possible changes in PCB
14.5 file formats, not due to bugs in BLTMNU.

KNOWN PROBLEMS:
Sam Smith has still not changed the @systime@ macro to match
the change in PCB14.5. Until the change is made, any bulletins
using @systime@ will be out of line when the menu is displayed
from within ProDoor.

Modified BLTCNF to check for PCB 14.5. BLTCNF WILL NOT CHANGE
YOUR CURRENT CONFIGURATION FILE IF RUNNING BLTMNU 1.0!! You must
add the line by hand as BLTCNF cannot edit the config file!
Configuration file change : line 4 MUST contain a Y if running
PCB 14.5 - This line must be present even if running pre-14.5
Line may be blank if running version earlier than 14.5
