AutoScribe PCB 4.04

Upgrade ASPCB 4.03 to ASPCB 4.04 can be accomplished by:

1) Copy over the following files:

   ASPCB.EXE ->> to your ASPCB Main Directory (AS40)
   ASM.EXE   ->> to your ASPCB Main Directory (AS40)
   ASM.HLP   ->> to your ASPCB Main Directory (AS40)
   History   ->> to your ASPCB Main Directory (AS40)

Run the ASM program and update item 8, Message information to take
advantage of the new message functions.
