- Fixed the 'L' command.  Wasn't locating any filespec by using wildcards.
  Example:  BBS*.* or BBS
- The 'W' command prompt for WEB address was display the EMAIL prompt.  Fixed.
- Spacing of the field length guides '( )' was displaying incorrect for the
  EMAIL and WEB address prompts for NEWUSER logins and the 'W' command.
  Fixed.
- Fixed a bug in PCBoard to crash which exists since v15.3.  The following
  commands in PPL when used the following combination:
     USELMRS FALSE
     GETALTUSER 1
     ADDUSER "USERNAME", TRUE

- If a PCBoard PSA wasn't installed, you were still allowed to edit the
  information for the PSA.  Fixed.

- Fixed the default 'M' for Gender to be empty until the user specifies
  either 'M' or 'F'.
- Chat Actions starting with the same first two letters or more common
  letters would always use the first one instead of waiting until a unique
  key was identified.
- After using a chat action, you had to press ENTER before using another one.
  Fixed.
- Fixed some small problems with the chat color support.
- Cleaned up some miscellaneous code to help reduces memory requirements a
  little.
