Via Nova ® Registration Form/Invoice

There is a command in the screen saver that creates an order
form  to  be used to register the product.  It is  available
under  the  "Order Form and Password" submenu  by  selecting
"Create Order / Registration Form".  A sample of the created
order  form is below.  Don't use it unless you can't  create
the  order  form by using the application.  The  dialog  box
displayed by the "Create Order / Registration Form"  command
contains  a  Computer ID field.  The value from  that  field
must  be present in this form (under Computer_ID) for us  to
send  you  your  password.  See the Help  file  for  further
information.
