Use this property sheet to set up server-wide profanity filtering. You can apply separate filters to private messages, which include messages sent using the PRIVMSG, WHISPER, and NOTICE commands, channel names, and nicknames. From this property sheet, you can also apply a filter to the server's dynamic channels, create or remove a filter, or modify the contents of an existing filter.
This property sheet contains the following options.
| Option | Description |
| Private messages | Select the filter you want to apply to join or part messages, messages sent using the PRIVMSG, WHISPER, and NOTICE commands, and any text message that one channel member sends to another. |
| Channel names | Select the filter you want to apply to channel names. |
| Nicknames | Select the filter you want to apply to user nicknames. |
| Filter dynamic channels | Directs the Profanity Filter extension to filter messages sent to all dynamic channels on the server. If you select this option, choose the filter you want to apply. If you need to create or modify a filter, choose Edit filters on this property sheet. |
| Edit filters | Allows you to create or remove a filter, or to modify the contents of an existing filter. |
