To disconnect a user from Chat Service
- From the Chat Service Manager utility, select a chat server under
Microsoft Exchange Chat Service in the left pane.

- In the Disconnect User dialog box, type the user's nickname,
user name, and domain name.
Note The Nickname, User name,
and Domain name options accept the asterisk (*) and the question mark
(?) as wildcard characters.
- If you want to indicate why you are disconnecting the user, type the reason in
the Reason box; otherwise, choose Disconnect.
