To Designate a Location for the Transcript

Finally, you must designate a location for the meeting transcript. You can either accept the default location on the chat server (C:\Inetpub\Chat\Transcripts), or you can designate a different location. The transcript file is saved to a directory with the same name as the channel.

Complete the following steps to change the default transcript directory.

Select the server, and then choose Extensions in the left pane.
Select the Transcript extension in the right pane, and then from the Action menu, choose Properties.
In the Default location box, type a new location for the transcript directory (for example, C:\Transcripts), or use Browse to specify a location.
Choose OK.
