To Set Up Transcription for the Channel

Now you configure the Channel Transcription extension for the channel. This allows you to transcribe all statements made during the meeting.

1. Select Extensions in the left pane.
2. Verify that the Channel Transcription extension (Tscript) is displayed in the right pane. If it is not, from the Action menu, choose New, and then choose Add extension.
3. Select the Channel Transcription extension, and then choose OK.
4. Select Channels (Rooms), and then select the channel in the right pane.
5. From the Action menu, choose Properties.
6. From the Extensions property sheet, select the Channel Transcription extension and then choose Properties.
7. Select the Transcribe this channel check box, and then choose OK.
