Thanks for taking a look at the Window version of PCX2CCS. There are a 
three ways that you can run the program.

	1) From the FILE MANAGER you can click on PCX2CCS.EXE
	
	2) If you are comfortable setting up directories, program groups
	and program items, you can create a directory, move all the 
	following files: pcx2ccs.exe, master.dmc, pcx2ccs.hlp and the 
	pcx files that came in the compresed file. Then create the 
	program group or item to run pcx2ccs. There is an icon built 
	into the program that will appear.

	3) Included with the compressed files is a setup.exe. From 
	FILE MANAGER, double click on SETUP.EXE. It will create 
	directory, move all the files (checking with you first to 
	make sure you want them deleted too), create a new program 
	group with a PCX2CCS program item. You can then delete the 
	setup.exe, meter.dll, ver.dl_ and lzexpand.dlx files.
