"shape palette", rotating text, text on a line, text that
wraps to fit shapes, layers, gradient fills, patterns,
amazing line styles including calligraphic and rotating pens,
notes, aligning and transforming commands, and more.
Import/export WMF, BMP and PCX file formats.

Top Draw delivers award winning graphics power that is

charts, diagrams, and more. Its long lists of features includes:
Multiple page support - make large drawings that span multiple
printer pages, and include multiple drawings in a single file.
OLE 1 client and servers support. Complete on-line context-sensitive
hypertext help. Multi-level undo. Unlimited named layers.
Open multiple drawings at a time. WYSIWYG text editing.
Rotating text, text on a line, and text that wraps to fit shapes.
Full Bezier curve support, as well as polyline shape editing.
Drawings can be created using pre-defined shapes
from the handy Shape Palette, or you can easily draw your own.
Convert text to Bezier curves. Use a TrueType font as a shape set.
Notes. Calligraphic and rotating pen effects. Create custom pens,
arrow heads, and arrow tails. Three gradient fill types.
Pattern and Tile Textures. Powerful aligning, spacing, and
transforming commands for precision layouts. Fully customizable

$49.95 for: Newest version program disk, a disk full of clip art,
additional symbol sets, full technical support,
printed manual, many additional import/export formats,
and twain scanner support.
DISTRIBUTION FORMATS
--------------------
The install program provided with Top Draw works for 3.5" high
density media, CD-ROMs, and with BBS files unzipped in a hard
drive directory.
Top Draw cannot be distributed on 360K or 720K low density media.
Microsoft LZ compression is used for diskette distribution.
PKZIP 2.04G high-compression is used for BBS distribution.
Top Draw is normally provided on 3.5" HD media.
TOP DRAW DISTRIBUTOR LICENSING

ALL DISTRIBUTORS:
Copies of Top Draw Shareware Version may be made and distributed
as long as 1) none of the files are modified or deleted, 2) the
program is described as "shareware". Under no circumstance shall
Top Draw be described as "free", "freeware", or "public domain".
Copying and distribution of the Registered Version of Top Draw
is prohibited.
FREE COPIES:
Copies of Top Draw Shareware Version may be made and distributed
freely as long as no fee of any kind is charged. In this case,
no application is necessary.
ASP VENDORS:
If you agree with the terms of the Distributor License (below),
no application is necessary prior to starting distribution.
NON-ASP VENDORS:
Written approval from the author is required prior to starting
distribution. Please apply.
NOTE:
If you received a disk from Top Software (or an authorized agent),
and you agree with the terms of the Distributor License, you have
permission to begin distribution immediately.
BBSs and USER GROUPS:
BBSs and User Groups may copy and distribute Top Draw. User
Groups may charge a nominal fee in order to cover library
cataloging and copying costs. Copying and distribution must be
terminated upon request by the author.
ROYALTIES:
Royalties are normally not required for distributing shareware
copies of Top Draw. Royalties are required for:
1) Premium pricing - unit price > US $20.
2) Including Top Draw with hardware or pre-loading on a hard drive.
3) Rack vendors who pay royalties for any other shareware programs.
Royalties are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

In return you will receive the Distributor License with the
author's signature, which gives you written authorization to
distribute Top Draw, and an authorized copy of Top Draw.
You will receive disks for new program versions and maintenance
upgrades as they are released.

TOP DRAW SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTOR LICENSE
1. Your library's catalog or listing will state that shareware is
not free, but is copyrighted software that is provided to allow
the user to evaluate it before buying. If registration fees
are listed, refer to the documentation accompanying the
diskette for current rates and options.
2. This license may be terminated by the author at any time.
Diskette and BBS distribution: Offering and sale of Top Draw
will be stopped immediately at any time the author so requests.
CD-ROM distribution: No new masters will be created using Top
Draw after the license is terminated.
3. Copies of Top Draw distributed will be complete and unmodified.
4. Problems or complaints about the program will be reported for
investigation and correction.
5. Information on the number of copies of Top Draw sold or
distributed will be provided upon request.
