Installation Instructions:

SpHyDir runs on OS/2 Warp.  It requires the VX-Rexx runtime library 
module VROBJ.DLL.  VROBJ is a very large module and is widely 
distributed, so it is not included with SpHyDir to save room.  A 
copy can be obtained by anonymous FTP from ftp.watcom.on.ca.

Unzip the SPHYDIR.ZIP file into a directory on disk.  Drag a Program
template from the Template folder and fill it in with the name of 
the SPHYDIR.EXE module inside the new directory.  Make sure that the
directory that contains the SpHyDir program and files is the current
directory when the program runs.  Currently SpHyDir finds all of its
icons as *.ICO files in the current directory.  When development 
slows down it will be possible to convert the icons to a Resource 
file and eliminate this restriction.

Add the line "SET HTMLLIB=c:\xxxx" to CONFIG.SYS, replacing the disk
letter and directory with the location of the directory that will 
contain HTM and GIF files that SpHyDir will process.  SpHyDir will 
only use files that are in this library and its subdirectories.
