Frequently Asked Questions

        Q: All messages in the packet seems to be damaged, they contain
           garbage and some understandable text. What's wrong?
        A: You have changed to a newer version of HipHop, haven't you?
           HISTORY.TXT lists all changes to file formats. When file
           formats change, HipHop might not be able to notice that
           the files are of an older format. Therefore you should check
           HISTORY.TXT for all changes, and delete old files when
           necessary. When no clear explanation can be found, contact
           author with detailed information about the circumstances.

!!!        It is strongly recommended that all sessions are finished
!!!        (ie. pack the messages and send them) before upgrading to a
!!!        new version.

        Q: When will next/fixed version be released?
        A: It's hard to say, sometimes the development is quite rapid,
           sometimes I'm not inspired at all. Suggestions are still
           always welcome!

        Q: This is no more than a pack of bugs!
        A: So why don't you report me about them? Maybe I'm not yet
           aware of them...
