To install PMView and set it up properly, please do the following:

1) Create a directory for PMView. Switch to this directory.

2) Unzip the ZIP file into this directory

Now, do *one* of the following

3a) Run INSTALL.CMD at an OS/2 prompt. This will create an icon, set up
    the filter files, and set the 3 environment variables that PMView needs.
    OR:

3b) If you prefer to do the things in 3a by hand, read DIY.TXT and follow
    the directions there.
