 Buge fixing
 -----------
   - module do NOT necessary sound good and player is slower,
      if protected mode is on
     * Now there is warning about it if it's on
   - When you get back from SHELL, in volume meters has old values
     * Now values are zeroed, when you get back
   - If you got sound card, but its IRQ is not available, player
      choose IRQ 0, and something strange happends...
     * Now player inform that you don't have sound card
   - If MIXING RATE is too high or low, HP change it to 20000Hz, but
      not start playing
     * Now it's fixed
   + if you don't set sound device, player automaticly uses
      best sound device what you have
