The basic license agreement won't let you develop commercial
programs with DSMI. If you want to develop such programs
please contact the author for commercial licensing information.
Examples of typical commercial license prices:
1) A single commercial program using DSMI (a game, for example)
$900 (USA dollars)
2) A single shareware program using DSMI, not distributed via any
shareware distributing company (like Epic or Apogee)
$400 or 5% royalty
3) A single shareware program using DSMI which is distributed via
a company that specializes in shareware distribution (Epic etc.)

To get a non-commercial license to use DSMI, you need to fill
this order form and mail it with signed Licence Agreement
(LICENSE.DSM) to Otto Chrons. Only printed form is acceptable.
After you have filled the form correctly, pay the price of DSMI
using following methods:
