- The files are intended to be used with Microsoft Flight Simulator
version 5.0a or newer.
The scenery covers an area from N69:00 E30:30 (NE corner) to
N59:30 E19:00 (SW corner). The scenery include 83 airports and
all NAVaids in Finland.

* The first published version. Included 11 airports.
0.9 (September 1995)
* More airports added. Now including 45 airports.
* The menu includes only a few airports. Land Me still works on
every airport.
* The color of the taxiways changed to a bit darker. On night and
darkness the color changes to a bit lighter so the Landing lights
work better.
* AVgas- tanks added. By stopping in front of one the fuel tanks are
filled. Tanks are found on almost every airport except the smaller ones.
1.0 (December 1995)
* 83 Airports.
* The files are split up and renamed.
* In front of the gasoline tanks is a F-sign, that is visible also on
night. The list has a F-mark, if the airport has an 24h-tank service.
* COM-messages has been chanced. There is now ATIS/AFIS/TWR/APP/CLUB...

- Installation:
1) FS5.0a
Copy all *.BGL files into \FLTSIM5\SCENERY directory.
" *.OAV " \FLTSIM5\TEXTURE "
2) FS5.1
Create the following directories:
\FLTSIM5\FINLAND
\FLTSIM5\FINLAND\SCENERY
\FLTSIM5\FINLAND\TEXTURE
Copy all *.BGL files into \FLTSIM5\FINLAND\SCENERY directory
" *.OAV " \FLTSIM5\FINLAND\TEXTURE "
Start FS5 and choose scenery manager.
Search for \FLTSIM5\FINLAND\SCENERY\ and add it as LOCAL.
(The .OAV files are the same that come with the Airport program by
Pascal Meziat so if you already own this package, you don't need to
copy these files.)
HEY! The scenery files have been renamed, so if you are using older
versions, please delete them before installing this version.

In Flight Simulator you can accesss these airports like this:

- Uninstallation:
1) FS5.0a
Delete all FIN*.BGL files from the \FLTSIM5\SCENERY directory.
If you aren't using the Airport program or other sceneries than
need *.OAV texture files, you can delete the *.OAV files too.
2) FS5.1
Simply deactivate Finland with scenery manager.

- Additional info:
The airports are divided into three files. FINWEST includes western,
FINEAST includes eastern and FINNORTH includes northern airports.
The boundary goes from Helsinki to Jyvaskyla and then to Oulu. These
boundary citys are included in FINWEST. Pontus is responsible for
FINWEST, while Kari has been doing FINEAST and FINNORTH.
These files are designed using AIRPORT v.1.17 by Pascal Meziat and
SCASM v.1.4 by Manfred Moldenhauer. This scenery is still under
development, so all new ideas are very welcome. A new version will be
released after we get some bugs erased and new features inserted.
