Description:	Back-up Tool is a library that will back
up user memory as well as port 0 memory to a RAM card.  
Assumes RAM card is in slot 2.   It even includes an 
option that allows the user to use BZ compression on 
backed-up libraries.  Requires the UFL font library.  
Version 2.3 is a maintenance release which fixes several
bugs, improves the code, and cuts about 20% of it's size.
