BLRUT55 is version 55 of BLRUT ( Bud L Rasmussen's Utilities ) and
as such it replaces all earlier versions of BLRUT -
it is freeware / public domain and is freely distributable -
BLRUT55 basically consists of :
1. 28 general purpose .exe type DOS utilities, written in
assembly language
2. an ASCII help file ( .hlp ) for each utility
3. BLRUT55.DOC, which is the ASCII doc file for all the utilities
4. EBU, a menu/shell program which can execute any of the utilities,
with the help of BLRUT.MNU and BLRUT.TBL
5. BLRUTCFG.FIL, which is the color configuration file for these
utilities
6. BLRUTCFG.DOC, which is the ASCII doc file for BLRUTCFG.FIL
7. a file_id.diz file, which is an ASCII description file of
BLRUT55, for BBS use
8. Help.com, which is an executable form of BLRUT55.DOC
9. a readme.txt file ( this file )
