Raster Clip - A super screen clipping program, mouse driven, gui menus,
support for 16 color and 256 modes. Images can be clipped, copied, and
saved in PCX, BMP, and other formats. The RastPort is a conversion program
that takes standard PCX and Windows BMP files and converts them to formats
that are more easily displayed with standard graphics libraries. A special
format is also supported that allows you to use the putimage function to
display your images. Another great feature about the RastPort is its
ability to use a small script language to access most of the programs
internal commands and run external programs. A recent feature to the
RastPort has been the ability to create resource files. Resource files
contain various forms of information that would normally be put in separate
files or in the actual program. Bin2Src utility is included for converting
binary files to constant arrays or data statements (for BASIC programmers.)
Easy to understand demo programs are included that demonstrate some of the

A programmers utility that allows the creation of resource files. Resource
files are commonly used to store information that would normally be stored
in separate files or coded into the actual program. This is done because
most of time the program may not require recompiling. A simple
(documented) format is used to build resource files that can be accessed
from any programming language. A resource file can be used for storing
video drivers, help information, map files (for game programmers), and
various other types of information. The Resource Editor can also be used
to create installation files. A general purpose loader can be written to
access the contents of the resource file and extract the contents to
