If you are the author of a shareware or commercial application and wish
to distribute a LICENSED copy of the Universal VESA VBE with your package,
you must purchase a Software License Agreement from SciTech Software. The
following conditions must also be met:

a) If any reference to the program is made in your user documentation,
   reference to the fact that the program is Copryright (C) 1993-1994 SciTech
   Software MUST be made.

b) The files LICENSE.DOC, COPYRIGHT and this file MUST be distributed along
   with the program in electronic form.

c) You may not distribute modified versions of the program, but only
   official licensed versions provided by SciTech software.
