 - Some bugs fixed.
 - File description can be removed by using the "-del" option.
 - Files who have already been described are detected automatically.

 - Existing description can be changed. ("-o" option)
 - Configuration for extern-packer usage added. Packers now could be located
   in any directory.
 - Now you can add a blank line after every description. This is nice if the
   description is very long. Try it!

Version 0.20

 - Some major bugs fixed.
 - "Intelligent File Check" (IFC) added. Description files are searched for
   "real" words. (Works fine, but not 100%)

 - Archives are no longer detected by the extension. Now the file are really
   checked and ARJ/ZIP/LZH - Files are detected by their header.
 - 4DOS detection now works fine.
