Textmode Democompo 2 invitation demo

  Needs 486+. Uses midas. Try "tmdc2inv.exe -Manual_Sound_Configuration_Menu"
for something completely unexpected.

  I worked my ass off for 2 days to create this demo. I'm very short on
my time right now since I'm doing my military service.

  Some little facts:

  - The antialiasing is *not* smoothing.
  - Internally, the demo uses truecolor framebuffer throughtout the demo.
  - The blobs are real.
  - Fonts were taken from A.C.E CD #4

  The textfx.* sources are 100% my code and are donated to the public domain,
with no strings attached whatsoever. Use them on your own risk. If it blows
up someone's monitor, I don't care.

  I also planned to include the textmode jpeg viewer in this package but
I lost the source and I'm really not intrested to code it again. Sorry.
