                        Textosis.....by Vinlandia

Vinlandia is a demo group in Newfoundland, Canada...we are the ONLY
demo group here in this province! (as we know of..:)  Anyway, this demo
was made in a short time, actually in about a month...it doesn't show though
because we were working on other things at the time (school, etc) and we
didn't put much effort into it and it shows..

The demo is done completely in 80x50 text mode.  Yes, using on 16 colors.
No palette changes, no font changes, and no FLI animations in text mode.
Sure we could have rendered some big animations over a meg and put in, but
that's not what demos are about!  It's about real-time stuff and things ya
know?  Anyway, enough of that..The music engine is the Mikmod engine by
Mikmak...doesn't play the music right at first, but oh well, what can ya do?

Oh well, hehehe, at least we released something!  If you want to make a
comment about anything about the demo or something like that, you think
the music is awesome or anything like that just send mail to one of the

Hope you like it and don't delete it right after it runs, and if it screws
up your computer and formats yer hard drive, kills your family, causes a
nuclear breakdown, ummm...it was like it when the demo got there!  No
seriously now, i don't accept any responsiblity for anything that this demo
does..not that it's destructive, it's just that there are idiots out there
who are always lookin for a reason to sue somebody, so ya gotta watch out
ya know?

Anyway, have fun, live long, prosper, do all that stuff and code some demos
or something!
