                    MEDIA CONCEPT 2.0 INFORMATION
                 ------------------------------------

 1. INSTALLATION

 To install just execute the installation program, MCSETUP.BAT,
 found on the diskette labeled "Media Concept 2.0 Disk 1". MCSETUP.BAT
 will install all Media Concept 2.0 files into your PC hard disk.

 To begin installation, follow these steps.

    1. Place the distribution disk labeled "Media Concept
       2.0 Disk 1" in floppy drive and change drive.

    2. Type MCSETUP and press <Enter>.

 MCSETUP.BAT may add the MC environment settings into your AUTOEXEC.BAT
 file, and creates MC.CFG file containing the configuration information.


 2. PACKAGE CONTENTS

 The Media Concept 2.0 software package contains :

     -  Two 5.25" 1.2M disks
        - Media Concept 2.0 Disk 1
        - Media Concept 2.0 Disk 2


 The following files are contained in 1.2M diskette.

 3. MC ENVIRONMENT

 Several parameters defined in MC.CFG file are described as follows.

        Note: *  A  refers to I/O address setting
              *  I  refers to IRQ setting
              *  D  refers to DMA channel setting
              *  T  refers to Media Concept 2.0 card type
