UltraSound AIL 32 patch for Shadow Caster(TM).

This patch adds native (32 bit AIL) support to Shadow Caster. To use,
type:

PATSHADO directory

where directory is the directory where Shadow Caster is installed.
The game will be patched and configured for use with the UltraSound.

NOTE: It is unlikely you will be able to use the drivers supplied here
      to 'back patch' other 32 bit AIL games because of a bug existing
      in the code which loads the drivers. Consider yourself warned.

      Also, don't <CTRL><C> while LOADPATS is running. This will leave
      your computer in an unstable state.
