General MIDI for Roland MPU MIDI interface

This driver follows the IMA spec for General MIDI.
This will work on such devices as the Roland 
Sound Canvas and SCC-1 when connected to a Roland
MPU interface or compatible.  The Roland SCC-1
card does not require a MIDI interface card.
There are other patches made by hard working 
Sierra musicians to allow General MIDI support 
for D-110/10/20's, Proteus 1 and other devices.  
Let us know what you have and maybe we'll make 
a patch.

ProAudio Spectrum MIDI interface.  There are other
