Hello, fellow owner of a ASUS PCI mainboard. I got these files on CeBIT'94 on the booth of ASUStek from one of their technical support people. This happened on March 16. 1994. It is a beta version of the then very latest BIOS and drivers. I was told the driver/BIOS do now recognize more disk types etc. I asked if I can put this onto a server, the answer was clearly 'yes'. I had then hollidays, so I can only now, April 6, put it onto the ftp-server. There is clearly no kind of warranty on these files, not from ASUStek, and of coarse not from myself. Be careful when updating your BIOS, a poweroutage while writing the BIOS will make your mainboard unusable. If you can, keep a copy of the old BIOS in a EPROM, so you can always reinsert it.
