	 Driver Installation Guide for Microsoft Windows NT 3.5
      ============================================================

Introduction
============
    This document describes the procedures to install  Windows NT 3.5
    driver for Plug&Play Ethernet Adapter.

    MS Windows NT 3.5 OS doesn't support Plug&Play feature and if your
    computer does not support PnP function also,  you must set the LAN
    card in "Jumperless" mode through our PNPSETUP program; Otherwise,
    it can not work correctly.


Installation Procedures
=======================

    1. If Windows NT operating system is being installed, select other
       manufacturers from the network adapter card options and follow
       steps 3-9.

    2. If Windows NT operating system is already installed, logon as
       Administrator and select Netwrok icon from the control panel.

    3. In the Network Setting dialog box, choose "Add Adapter"button.
       The Add Network Adapter dialog box appears.

    4. In the Add Network Adapter dialog box, pull the adapter card list
       menu and select "<Other>Requires disk from manufacturer" from the
       list, and then press <Enter> button. .

    5. Insert the driver diskette in Drive A/B.

    6. In the netx windows, specify the correct drive and path (A:\WINNT35
       or B:\WINNT35) when asked to give the source for the driver, and
       then choose the OK button.

    7. Then, select the "Plug&Play Ethernet Adapter" from the dialog box
       to install adapter.

    8. The screen will appear "Input EthernetID" dialog box which is provide
       by PNPNT.SYS driver. This option is only required when you have more
       than one Plug&Play Ethernet Adapters on this computer. Select SKIP
       if only one adapter is installed on this computer.

    9. Finally close the Setup dialog box and exit from the Add Network
       adapter dialog box to complete the installation. Follow any
       instructions appearing on the screen.

   10. Shutdown and reboot the system.
