GETDRIVE will MAP a drive on a 3.x Server. If the Server is not
currently Logged in. GETDRIVE will Login to it.
The following arguments are used:
/s=Server < An =? for any of these >
/u=UserID < will PROMPT the user for >
/p=UserID_Password < input >

/d=Drive Letter
/v=Volume_Name (ie: SYS: or VOL1: etc...)
/i (Will Display Mapped drives. It will Not MAP.)
/m (Will Map to the users 3.x Mail Directory.)
/mr (Will Map Root to the users 3.x Mail Directory.)
GETDRIVE will return the following ERRORLEVELs:
01 - 26 = The Next available drive (or the drive that was MAPPED.)
91 = Error Logging in to Server 92 = Error Mapping Drives
93 = User Not In Bindery 94 = Invalid Argument
99 = Fatal Error
