Date: June 9, 1997
This NetWare Administrator (NWAdmin) snapin program allows you to configure
Remote Access parameters, such as remote password, maximum connection
time, dialback mode and dialback number, ARAS zones, IP/IPX settings, and
others. It also allows operator to configure the Remote Access parameters
for the O - Organization, OU - Organization Unit, L - Locality, and C -
Country objects.
NetWare Connect 2 had a NWCADM.DLL and a NWCID.DLL. These two DLLs have
been combined into the one NWCADMxx.DLL in this release.
New features included since NetWare Connect 2:
This version of the NWCADM snapin checks to see if the schema has been
extended for Remote Access. If the schema hasn't been extended, it is
extended before bringing up the Remote Access detail dialog.
The administrator must have write/supervisor right to the root object for
the schema to be extended. If it fails to extend the schema, an error
message dialog will be displayed and the related Remote Access snapin
dialog pages will be disabled.
