IntranetWare Client 2.20 for WIN 95 - IWCD897
ABSTRACT:
These files are provided as a supplement to the electronic release of the
IntranetWare Clients 2.20 for DOS/Windows 3.x and Windows 95. Included are
utilities for the DOS ACU install, a diagnostic utility (NWD2), INF files for
the MSBATCH install, the CLIENT32.ADM policy template file, a few required
patches for NetWare 3.11 and 4.10, two MIB files for NMS, and an uninstall
utility (UNC32.EXE).
These are the same files that are included with IntranetWare Clients CD
(August 1997).

ISSUE:
These are the same files that are included with IntranetWare Clients CD (August
1997). No updates or changes were made to these files. They simply were not
included with the Electronic Release. The files are located in the
PRODUCTS\ADM32\IBM_ENU directory on the CD.
Files specific to the IntranetWare Client for DOS/Windows 3.x:
DOS_ACU Files:
These files are provided to assist with the DOS Automatic Client Upgrade (ACU)
installation of the IntranetWare Client for DOS/Windows 3.x. Refer to ACU.TXT
(provided in DOS_ACU\NLS\ENGLISH) for complete information on the ACU process
and an explanation of the utilities provided.
Files specific to the IntranetWare Client for Windows 95:
BATCH95 Files:
These files are provided to assist with the MSBATCH installation of the
IntranetWare Client for Windows 95. Refer to the Windows 95 online help for
more information regarding the MSBATCH installation process.
POLICY95 File:
CLIENT32.ADM is the Client32 policy template file. Refer to the Windows 95
online help for more information regarding System Policies and the CLIENT32.ADM
file.
UNC32 Files:
These files provide a way to completely uninstall the IntranetWare Client 2.20
for Windows 95 from a workstation. These same files are also included with the
electronic release of the IntranetWare Client 2.20 for Windows 95 and are
located in the ADMIN subdirectory.
Files for either Client:
DIAGTOOL Files:
These files allow you to run the NWD2 (NetWare Diagnostics) utility on Windows
3.x and Windows 95.
NMS Files:
These files are provided to assist with setting up the Host Resources MIB for
Novell Client 32. Refer to the Windows 3.x and Windows 95 online help for more
information regarding this topic.
PATCHES Files:
These NetWare OS patches are required to provide long filename support on
NetWare 3.11 and 4.10. Refer to the Windows 3.x and Windows 95 online help for
more information regarding this topic.
