ISSUE:
This version of CLIB resolves known issues with NetWare 3.11.
CLIBAUX.NLM has been included to add additional public symbols and
functionalities that are found in the 4.x modular clib. This includes support
for the "FEQuick..." calls.

1. Flag old files to N.
2. Rename the old files with a .OLD extension.
3. Copy files to appropriate subdirectory. ( e.g. CLIB.NLM to SYS:SYSTEM,
NWSNUT.MSG to SYS:SYSTEM\NLS\4\ ).
4. Flag copied files to RO SH.
