      The code is for the AHA-1540B/1542B. The code is in a binary format.
      The code	must be programmed into a 27C128 (or 27128A) EPROM using a
      PROM programmer.  The code is 4000h bytes in size.

						This code allows the AHA-1540B/1542B BIOS to work when the host adapter
      is set to a port address of 334h.  Some MIDI boards must be set to 330h,
      so this BIOS code is offered as a solution to allow the AHA-1540B/1542B
      and the MIDI to work in the same system.  The host adapter must be
      jumpered to port 334h when this special BIOS is used.

      The BIOS EPROM is socketed on the AHA-1540B/1542B.
      The BIOS EPROM is labeled BIOS on the EPROM on the host adapter.
     
      Be sure to watch pin 1 orientation of the EPROM, signified by a notch on
      the EPROM and the EPROM socket.
