@ HELP: The standard Windows 3.1 VDDVGA has problem
        with European code page. 

        This patch  will modify WIN386.EXE to
        correct the problem.

        WIN386.exe is usually located at
        C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM subdirectory.
        You need to tell this program the
        exact path name where WIN386.exe is located.
