  This section contains	information about RTVGA	for RTG3106 and
  it's accompanying programs on utility/driver disk.

  Different configuration of RTVGA display support various resolutions
  and colors. You may check board configuration	in CONFIGURATION and
  ADVANCED TOPICS to see the video modes currently supported on	your
  RTVGA	display.


   GENERAL INFORMATION
  ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀
   1. DO turn off all the power	before setting hardware	up.
   2. RTVGA display can	plugs on either	8 or 16	bits slot.
   3. RTVGA fully supports:
	* IBM VGA in register level.
	* IBM CGA/EGA/MDA and Hercules in register level.
   4. RTVGA supports IBM 8503/8512/8513/8514 and multi-frequency monitors.
