Operation for CD audio replay program (PLAYCD.EXE)
BEFORE OPERATION
The following are required to use the program.
1) CD-ROM drive...............CD800-B
2) Interface Board............CD800-IB
3) Operating system...........MS-DOS ver 3.1 or higher
4) Device=ANSI.SYS............In CONFIG.SYS
5) MS-DOS CD-ROM Extensions...CD800-DSK (MSCDEX.EXE)
6) CD-ROM Device Driver.......CD800-DSK (CDPB.SYS)
PROGRAM INSTALLATION
In order to operate the program:
1) Boot system to "C" drive
2) Insert CD-ROM diskette (CD800-DSK) in drive A.
3) TYPE, A: [ENTER]
4) TYPE, SETUP [ENTER]
5) Follow instructions.
6) TYPE, Copy PLAYCD.EXE C:\ [ENTER]
7) Re-boot system.
In order to start the program, type PLAYCD followed by the drive letter in which
the CD-ROM drive is connected.
Example: PLAYCD G [ENTER]
(1) CONTINUE
In this mode, the track will continuously play the beginning of the
numeric track specified.
(2) SINGLE
In this mode, the assigned track will play.
(3) REPEAT
This is the replay mode specified by CONTINUE or SINGLE that will replay
a single track or the complete CD.
(4) TIME
The time displayed in NOW PLAYING of the screen will be toggled between
TOTAL TIME or TRACK TIME.
(5) QUIT
The program will be terminated.
(6) [<<
It will move to the beginning of the current track selected.
(7) >ll START/PAUSE
Selected Track will start to play or paused and restarted
(8) >>]
This will move the head to the beginning of the next track.
(9) ■
Track being played will be terminated.
(10) CD
This, when highlighted will indicate that a disc is loaded.
(11) +20 -20
These keys are used to switch the track numbers to (1-20), (21-40),
(41-60), (61-80) or (81-99).
(12) Music No.Display(1-20)
The number of tracks stored on the CD-DISC is indicated.

(1) TOTAL --TRACK
The total number of tracks on the CD disc is indicated.
(2) -- MIN -- SEC
the total time of the CD disc is indicated.
(3) NOW PLAYING --TRACK
the number of the track that is being played is indicated.
(4) -- MIN -- SEC
The TOTAL CD time or the TRACK time is displayed.

The >> mark is used to indicate that a track is being played.
(6) TOTAL TIME TRACK TIME
This display indicates whether the CDROM is displaying the time
of the complete disc or just the time of the individual track.
Referenced by (4) the --MIN --SEC.
(7) CONTINUE
This display indicates that the CD disc installed will continue
to play on it's own.
(8) SINGLE
Associated with (7), this display selects that a single track
on the disc will play.
(9) REPEAT
Associated with (7), this mode selects to replay the same single
track or the complete CD disc over again.
