I. Install Windows NT From an Aztech CD-ROM Drive With Native Controller
------------------------------------------------------------------------

	1)	Boot the Windows NT 3.1 Setup Disk for CD-ROM Installation.

	2)	Select 'C' for custom setup.

	3)	After SCSI adapter detection, select 'S' to add an adapter.

	4)	When prompted for manufacturer supplied disk, put in the
		Aztech CD-ROM Driver diskette.

	5)	Select the 'Aztech CD-ROM Driver' choice.

	6)	Proceed with installation as detailed in Windows NT 3.1 System
		Guide.



II. Install Aztech CD-ROM Drive to Existing Windows NT 3.1 System
-----------------------------------------------------------------

	1)	Boot up the Windows NT 3.1 system. Login as Administrator
		(or an account with the same privileges as the Administrator)  

	2)	Insert the Aztech CD-ROM Driver diskette into the floppy 
		drive A:.
		Type A:SETUP to setup the CD-ROM Driver.

	3)	After SETUP is done, shut down and restart your system.



NOTE:
-----
	
	1)	Aztech CD-ROM 268 is not a SCSI device. However, it reserves 
		SCSI ID 3 in Windows NT 3.1 system. If you have other SCSI 
		devices, please do not use SCSI ID 3 for those SCSI devices. 
				
	2)	The following CD-ROM port addresses (in hex) are supported in 
		this version of the driver:

		300, 310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 630, 634, 650, 654, 670, 674, 
		690, 694. 

	3)	If you are upgrading this version of the driver from a previous version 
		and the previous version is already loaded in your system, you 
		need to do the following:
		
		a) Open "Control Panel".
		b) Run "Devices" program by double clicking the "Devices" icon.
		c) Select device "aztcd268", then click the "Startup..." button.
		d) Check the "Disabled" button, and click "OK" button.
		e) Select "Yes" to make changes.
		f) Click "Close" button in "Devices" program.
		g) Shutdown and reboot the system.
		h) Follow the instruction in II.
