Premier Plus II, this is for frequent callers and small business, who spend more than $100 a month on long distance. This is a flat rate service, and average is better all day long including evenings and weekends/holidays. You save 30% to all NON-Excel customers, and 50% to ALL Excel customers. There is a $3.00 per month service fee. WorldNet(sm) (As of August 1, 1995), this is our International calling plan, and we have the lowest rates in the industry for calling out of the country. If you are on WorldNet, you not only get the best per minute rates, but you will save an additional 20% off each call. There is a $3.50 per month service fee. In order for you to become an Excel customer, we are required to have you fill out a Service Request Form, and we will take care of the rest.
