Make a backup copy of your BLT and BLTG Files, and edit the GROUPS. File that was included in the archive to suit your particular needs. You may edit the included files, or may make a totaly separate menu if you desire. The file must remain GROUPS. in order to remain in working order. Copy the new GROUPS file into your GEN directory, and use PCBsetup to change the bulletin menu location from BLT. to GROUPS. At the end of the GROUPS. file, there will be a line with: !C:\pcb\blt\bullet.ppe Make sure to change that string to the location of your BULLET.PPE file or it will not work. The GROUP1. and GROUP2. files that were included may also be edited to suit your needs, or again, totaly separate files may be created. These contain your actual bulletin numbers, and must remain the original bulletin numbers. For example, if GROUP1. leaves off at bulletin number 13, then GROUP2. must resume with bulletin number 14, and so on. You may create up to 9 group files, from GROUP1. to GROUP9. All GROUP files MUST be left in the same directory as the .PPE file! *** USAGE *** In Pcboard, Upon hitting "B" from the main meun, you will be brought to your GROUPS. Menu. Now, when a number from 1-9 is hit at the prompt, it will display the corresponding "GROUP" Menu. After that menu is displayed you may enter the bulletin number desired. It is very simple to set up, all you have to do is some editing of the GROUP files, and your existing bulletin numbers do not have to be changed to accomodate this new program. If you take a look at the sample files included, you will get a clear idea of what you must do to get this program to work!
