The user can choose to [V]iew the disclaimer again or hangup and bust someone else... You can also add a LOGON PASSWORD to your system which you must give out by word of mouth... The PPE will not give out the password for added security. Ä[INSTALLATION]Ä This is the simplest PPE you will ever install. Place the PPE in your PPE directory and add the following line to every WELCOME screen you can have displayed (ie WELCOME WELCOMER or whatever you have named them): !D:\PCB\PPE\DISCLAIM.PPE (where D:\PCB\PPE\ is the directory where the PPE resides) Then you will modify the DISCLAIM.CFG file to suit your needs Ä[CONFIGURATION]Ä The DISCLAIM.CFG file must be included with the PPE, or it will hang up on the caller after showing an error message. It consists of the following: Line 1 - Use the SYSTEM PASSWORD FEATURE (enter Y or N, not YES or NO) Line 2 - System Password (enter NONE or fill line if not using) Line 3 - Line 1 of the "Enter [YES] to comply or [V] to review" prompt Line 4 - Line 2 of the "Enter [YES] to comply or [V] to review" prompt Ä[DISCLAIMERS]Ä I have included a few disclaimers to use... simply name the one you want to DISCLAIM.TXT... they are pretty much bulletproof. You can write your own (using ASCII/ANSI or PCB @ codes) but you must name it to DISCLAIM.TXT and include it with the DISCLAIM.PPE and DISCLAIM.CFG
